1. How do I book a cleaning session?
Message us on WhatsApp with your home type and preferred date. We will confirm a fixed quote before scheduling your crew.
2. What is included in a standard cleaning?
General tidying, floors, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and dusting of reachable surfaces. Deep cleaning and add-ons like sofa or mattress cleaning can be added on request.
3. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It's not required as long as we can access the unit. Many clients arrange key or lockbox access after their first booking.
4. Does the crew bring their own equipments?
Yes. Every crew brings the tools and chemicals needed, so you don't need to prepare anything beforehand.

5. What if I am not happy with the job?
Message us within 24 hours and we'll review and make it right. Customer follow-up is part of every booking.
6. Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes, weekly and bi-weekly plans are available for households that want ongoing support.
